The mission of the College of Health Sciences (CHS) is to create and provide both pre and professional health science programs that prepare students for career opportunities in healthcare. Our commitment is to enhance human biology, nursing, rehabilitation sciences pulmonary, public, and veterinary health education to ensure a strong foundational base for learning with comprehensive academics to prepare working professionals and leaders of tomorrow with critical thinking and application skills. 

Our CHS vision is to be a strong partner and leader in our commitment to health education; to support the call to action in addressing equity in population health, foster innovative teaching and learning models, and graduate students with critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
